By creating an account or using Roamvio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

Roamvio is a trip planning tool for personal and commercial use. You may not use Roamvio to engage in any unlawful activity, scrape or copy our platform, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (trip plans, notes, etc.). By saving content to Roamvio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it to you and any collaborators you invite.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@roamvio.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency changes at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roamvio provides travel planning tools only. We are not responsible for actual travel bookings, cancellations, or any incidents during your trip. Always verify critical travel information from official sources.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
